- Impact
- Active response window cut to under 6 hours; zero customer-data exfiltration confirmed; regulator notified within the statutory window.
CS-02Digital-evidence programme for an investigative unit
- Challenge
- An investigative unit handling growing digital casework without a defensible, repeatable evidence-handling procedure.
- Approach
- Designed chain-of-custody procedure end-to-end; trained investigators; embedded review checkpoints into live casework.
- Impact
- Procedure adopted unit-wide; casework throughput up ~30% with chain-of-custody defects reduced to zero over the following year.
CS-03Security due diligence on a platform acquisition
- Challenge
- An acquirer needed a true security picture of a healthcare platform target — before signing, not after.
- Approach
- Deep technical due diligence across architecture, data handling and compliance posture; findings translated into deal terms.
- Impact
- Findings re-priced the deal and produced a funded 18-month remediation roadmap the acquirer executed post-close.
